Camp Registration

Begins on Monday, March 22, 2021

Registration is done on a first come first served basis.

This year's fee is $80. per child per week.  Discounted fees for more than one child per family.  $70. a week for second child. $60. a week for third child and $50. for more than four children.

Parents/guardians must complete all registration forms and pay a deposit of at least two weeks of camp fees at the time of registration. All weekly balances must be paid in FULL prior to attending that week.  Campers will not be accepted into a week with an unpaid balance.

CAMP INFORMATION

Summer Camp meets Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm and is open to any boy or girl entering grades K-8 in the fall of 2021.

Breakfast and lunch are provided every day. (unless noted) 

All campers will receive a camp shirt. 

COVID PROTOCOLS

We want to continue to serve our mission of being there for our community, our first priority is ALWAYS the safety  and health of our children and staff.

CAMP ACTIVITIES
Campers will participate in a structured rotating schedule that will consists of Arts n Crafts, Computers, Game Room, Gym, Math/Science Performing Arts, Team Building and Literacy/Reading.  Campers will also enjoy fun field day and special events.
EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM
Extended Day Program meets Monday thru Friday from 3-5p.  There is an additional cost of $25. per child per week.  The extended day program is less structured with only a few supervised areas available.
An afternoon snack will be provided for campers in extended day.
MEDICAL FORMS
All campers must submit an up to date physical along with immunization records in order to attend camp.  Children will be unable to participate without a physical on file.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a camper needs to bring medication to camp, an Authorization for Medication Administration from your physician and written parent permission are required.  All medications must be packaged in their original containers with correct pharmacy label.
Any camper with a special health care plan must have an individual plan of care form signed by a parent/guardian.  The Camp first aider will fill out the Plan of Care with parent/guardian.  
CAMP COUNSELOR
Our Counselors are chosen on the basis of experience, specific skills, and commitment to our philosophies.  
Must be creative, enthusiastic and have limitless energy. 
Must be able to follow directions, schedules, be organized and interact well with other counselors, supervisors, parents and children. 
Must be 16 years of age or older
COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING (C.I.T)

This is a training experience designed for youth who have completed 8th grade and are under the age of sixteen. C.I.T's will receive training and hands-on experience. Interested candidates can apply by submitting the form below.
